"Just to let you know that as advised I have machine-washed the face cloth at 40C but it has shrunk quite a bit 😐 What are your thoughts?"

From customer email: "I have had some nasty cuts whilst using the following recommended safety precautions for a blade razor, e.g. making sure I tighten it enough and only let it 'glide' over my skin. It seems that the 'protective' case surrounding the product for some reason or another, does not seem to be sturdy enough in the one I have been using... The razors seem flimsy and flop about inside the product."

From the customer email: "I also appreciate the addition of rubber footers on the wood soap dishes. The first one I got did not have them and was just on the counter top. Where the two pieces of wood meet it has started to warp/split. That didn't take long."

A few customers have asked how the product is biodegradable. We need some evidence

Complaint about holes on towels after light using "I am emailing about the kitchen towel a from Zero Waste Club. I love how they work and have purchased multiple color options. Unfortunately, the do seem to get holes quite easily. At first I thought it was was a fluke, but I have now had 4 towels that had holes appear after light use (pictures attached). I would like to keep using these towels but am concerned about how long they will actually last. Bri"

Change to Sunny and also rethink about the colouring and paints after the rebrand

We have had several complaints saying the tea strainer falls apart. Usually happening at the handles. Some rare cases, the bottom plate. Example of a recent issue: 'Hello, I bought your tea strainer this year and I use it every day. The bottom plate is becoming loose. It appears there are four original points that held the plate in place. Now it appears that only one point is holding the plate."

Lavender scented

Several complaints regarding that the bamboo pegs go mouldy after leaving it out on the line.

After a few months of use, the razor coating seems to be coming off. "Hi, I ordered a few things last March including the rose gold zero waste razor but I’ve found that after a year of using it the metal coating has started to come off. I was out of the uk travelling so haven’t been able to do anything about it until now. I’ve attached a few photos to show but the top sections have gone really discoloured but the handle is fine. I’ve kept it clean and not sat in water but the bits that the blade attached onto has started to peel away which means that the blades keep getting damaged really quickly and bits of the metal coating are coming off on me. I wouldn’t usually get in touch after 17 months of using something but as it is meant to be a long lasting/ zero waste product it doesn’t seem to be lasting very well. If you could let me know what can be done that would be great." The only real solution I see to this is that we make one out of plastic waste.
