The jute twine cost has increased significantly and the use of petroleum wax makes the product unsustainable vs. cotton string. We have a strong supply chain for cotton string compared to that of jute.

We should consider these things as mentioned by Katrina: Make a darker colour so that It doesn't look like the product gets stained Even the number of rough and smooth pads per pack Also we need to make sure the reusable makeup pads are better or good as the disposable ones.
