Complaint about holes on towels after light using

"I am emailing about the kitchen towel a from Zero Waste Club. I love how they work and have purchased multiple color options. Unfortunately, the do seem to get holes quite easily. At first I thought it was was a fluke, but I have now had 4 towels that had holes appear after light use (pictures attached). I would like to keep using these towels but am concerned about how long they will actually last.
